Contracts and Terms of Service

When you hire a VA through us you will be paying a flat fee on a month-to-month basis. We will charge you from the day up to 1 month you acquired the VA. We take care of all payments.

Clients should give us at least 30 days’ notice if they decide to let a VA go. The main goal of this requirement is to facilitate consistently treating people well and ethically.

All business process information, including salaries and any shared login data, is considered confidential and should be kept within the company and not shared with any external organization without written consent by either party. All Filipinos agree to a confidentiality agreement, which is part of their conditions of employment.
